You will receive the artwork ready to hang: The canvas (made of natural cotton) is stretched on a wooden frame, and a sturdy hook is attached to the back.
Each painting is signed on the front and back, and you receive a signed artist certificate of authenticity.
We also offer the option of adding a frame (made of wood) to the painting. Click on the link in the product page, and choose the desired color.
Orders and returns
How do I place an order?
View the items in our store and click on ‘Add to cart’ to purchase an item. If you would like to have the artwork framed, you can choose a frame by clicking ‘Add frame’. You will be navigated to the product page for our frames.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
It is not necessary to create an account, you can use a guest account to place an order. Fill in your personal details when checking out, so we know where to send the package.
If you want to change or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as the package has not been sent, we can change or cancel the order free of charge.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the quality of the product, or if you have received the wrong product, Ronald Hunter will resolve the situation to your satisfaction as soon as possible. Please contact us so that we can initiate the appropriate actions.
Ronald Hunter has the right to cancel an order if the price or any of the specifications of a product are not displayed correctly. If it’s too good to be true, it usually is! Keep in mind that an original artwork is €300 and up, art on paper €99 and up and art prints +/- €50.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a link with a track & trace code from us. This allows you to track the shipment. Ronald Hunter ships the orders several times a week.
How can I return a product?
We want you to be happy with the artwork, we accept return requests within 14 days of reception of the artwork. You will of course receive your money back; we only keep a small amount for the return shipment (depending on the size of the painting and dispatch country). You will receive a return label from us and we will schedule a collection by TNT at your home.
It is important that you pack the artwork in the same way as you have received it (in original packaging); This is to prevent damage en route as much as possible. So please make sure you keep all packaging materials until you are sure you want to keep the painting.

What shipping methods are available?
Ronald Hunter only uses certified couriers (UPS, TNT, PostNL). Depending on the size of the painting, the courier may vary.
How long does it take to receive my painting?
The orders are collected several times a week at the RH studio in Rotterdam. We ask up to 5 working days to prepare the shipment. If the shipment has been sent, it will take 1-2 working days within the Netherlands to reach the destination. Benelux takes 1-2 business days, Europe 2 business days, rest of the world 2-3 business days. If you’re in a rush, let us know and we’ll do our best to respect your timing. Please note that we may charge an additional surcharge for the priority shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Ronald’s art has been sent to 56 countries so far.
What shipping costs apply to my country?
The shipping costs applicable to your country are calculated automatically. Please Note: International customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Wat te doen als een pakket beschadigd aankomt?
We pack the painting securely in layers of bubble wrap, reinforced with a wooden plate in a sturdy cardboard box. The Fine Art on Paper will be shipped in a cardboard envelope (also reinforced with a wooden plate). In the unlikely event that you notice that the package is damaged on delivery, you can refuse the shipment or you can have the delivery company report the tracking as ‘damaged’, subject to further inspection. Please submit the claim immediately. You should also keep all boxes and packing materials. Take pictures of the compensation package and send them to Ronald Hunter with the info of your actions on it.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer secure payment via PayPal, iDeal, Bancontact, SOFORT etc. We also accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and direct bank transfers. Please note that with wire transfer, the painting will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
Is buying online safe?
We use a certified payment service (Mollie – www.mollie.com) for secure payments. We do not store payment details, they are only kept if required by the processing company to demonstrate the customer’s approval of the transaction.
